ALUMINUM or Steel CABINETS



Aluminum is lighter, stronger, and cooler than steel. Our aluminum cabinets operate at temperatures much cooler than steel cabinets. This is the ideal choice in extreme climates like Arizona, Las Vegas, and Southern California. Are you in a cold climate and don't want the added expense of aluminum? Don't worry, we build displays with steel cabinets too.



Corrosion Resistance



The modules in our displays have our exclusive silicone coating to protect against corrosion. Silver and copper attract moisture and begin corroding. We never want our signs to fail, so again we go to great lengths, effort, and expense to have all components on the module's circuit board enclosed in silicone. Monsoon rain or any rain storm has enough moisture to start the destructive process of corrosion. We stop corrosion before it has has a chance to start, increasing reliability when other displays fail.



IMAGE to the edge Technology®



Our LED screens take the images and video all the way to edge with no surrounding frame. Not only is this an amazing effect, but it means the screen can be expanded in the future. Cabinets and modules can be added to our screens, top, bottom, or side.


Our exclusive extrusion perimeter allows additional cabinets to be locked into place with perfect alignment.



Redundant cooling fans



Where calculations call for one fan, we have two. Our displays run cooler, much cooler than our competitors. If one fan fails, we get an email that service is required, but the display keeps working just fine. All fans are wired into the monitor cards allowing them to be shut down if they are not needed. This saves on electric cost.



ADVANCED POWER SUPPLIES



Our power supplies are so advanced they are extremely efficient at converting AC to DC power. They cost less to run and produce dramatically less heat.
